Position:

SUMMER CAMP STEM INSTRUCTOR

Are you ready to... Inspire young learners through interactive STEM activities? Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment? Make a positive impact on the future of education?

Responsibilities:

As a STEM instructor, you'll: Lead exciting hands-on experiments and activities for elementary aged students. Foster a creative and supportive space for students to explore and learn. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. Qualifications /

Requirements:

Enthusiasm for working with children and cultivating a love for STEM . Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts in an approachable manner. Availability during after-school hours for club sessions. Previous experience working with children or teaching (in or outside of a school setting). Up-to-date clearances/background checks (or willingness to obtain them) . Ability to reliably commute to the club location and transport lesson supplies. Must be able to arrive at the location 20-minutes prior to start time and stay through clean-up/last child is picked up.

Note:

Most instructors will have one or two afternoons per week. Supplies and curriculum are provided .

Job Specifics:

Multiple dates and locations available. This camp will be scheduled to run at East Ward Elementary located 435 Washington Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335 . Scheduled to run July 13th-July 16th from 9-12 pm AND August 3rd- August 6th from 9-12 pm.

ADDITIONAL LOCATION

Tree House World located at 1442 Phoenixville Pike West Chester, PA 19380. Scheduled to run July 27th-July 31st from 9-12 pm. Priority given to those with completed clearances. •Compensation rate includes reviewing the lesson, prepping supplies, instructing and after class clean up time.

Pay:

$400.00 - $600.00 per week
