August 2026 Rollie Pollies is seeking energetic, patient, and engaging Gymnastics Instructors to lead our "Mini Movers" toddler gymnastics and movement classes beginning August 2026. About Rollie Pollies Rollie Pollies is an indoor play center in Austin designed for children ages 0-10. We focus on movement, creativity, confidence-building, and family connection through play, classes, and special events. Position Overview We are looking for instructors who love working with young children and families in a positive, high-energy environment. This role includes teaching both caregiver-participation classes (parent/caregiver-and-me style) and independent classes for older children. Maximum class size will typically range between 7-10 students depending on age group. Classes will focus on beginner gymnastics, tumbling fundamentals, coordination, balance, body awareness, confidence, and fun. Responsibilities Lead age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 2-10 Create engaging lesson plans that align with Rollie Pollies programming and safety standards Submit lesson plans for review/approval prior to instruction Maintain a safe, welcoming, and encouraging classroom environment Communicate professionally and positively with parents, caregivers, and staff Assist children with transitions, participation, and skill development Adapt instruction based on varying developmental levels and abilities Help maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and equipment safety Ensure all safety procedures are followed during class instruction Qualifications Previous gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, or related movement instruction experience required Experience working with children and families required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, patience, and ability to manage small groups of children CPR and First Aid Certification required (training can be provided if needed) Must successfully complete a background check References required

Pay:

$15.00•$18.00 per hour
