The Little Gym of Cypress is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Instructor to join our team! Located in Cypress, TX, we specialize in providing a nurturing environment where kids can build confidence, develop skills, and have a blast through gymnastics and enrichment programs. What You'll Be Doing As the Lead Instructor, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging experience for kids and their families. You'll lead classes, inspire young minds, and help children develop both physically and socially in a safe and fun environment. Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include: Leading gymnastics and enrichment classes for kids of various ages. Creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere while ensuring safety. Building strong connections with kids, parents, and your fellow team members. Assisting in planning and executing creative lesson plans. Encouraging children to reach their potential and celebrate their achievements. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who's excited about making a difference in kids' lives and has the following qualifications: At least 1 year of experience working with children in a teaching, coaching, or similar role. A love for movement, play, and creativity. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide both kids and parents. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
