Jiu Jitsu Instructor CEV JiuJitsu Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor to join our martial arts and youth development team. This role includes teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and supporting our after-school program and summer camp . The ideal candidate is passionate about martial arts, enjoys working with children and teens, and can create a safe, structured, and engaging environment that promotes confidence, discipline, and personal growth.

Afternoons, evenings, and seasonal summer hours Growth opportunities available for leadership and expanded roles Responsibilities Teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for beginners through advanced students Develop age-appropriate lesson plans including techniques, drilling, sparring, and conditioning Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback Maintain a safe training environment and enforce mat rules and behavior standards Assist with after-school programming, including supervised activities and structured movement Support summer camp activities, including martial arts instruction and group engagement Help with tournaments, workshops, special events, and camps Maintain clean, organized, and safe training areas Foster a positive, inclusive culture focused on respect, discipline, and teamwork Qualifications Previous experience teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or related martial arts (Judo, Wrestling, etc.) Experience working with children or teens in after-school programs, camps, childcare, or youth sports Strong classroom and behavior management skills Ability to communicate clearly and motivate students of all skill levels Coaching or athletic background preferred Experience in health clubs, sports programs, or camps is a plus CPR/Lifeguard certification a plus but not required Why Join Us Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on youth development Consistent schedule with growth opportunities Work in a structured, professional martial arts academy
