Job Description

Martial Arts Instructor / Kids Leadership Coach Princeton Professional Black Belt Academy is hiring a high-energy, professional Martial Arts Instructor / Kids Leadership Coach for our growing martial arts academy in Princeton, TX. We are seeking a reliable, leadership-minded instructor who works well with children and families, can lead structured martial arts classes with confidence and energy, and wants long-term growth opportunity within a positive academy culture. This is a leadership-oriented role with opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Teach structured martial arts classes for children, teens, and adults Lead high-energy classes with strong classroom control and professionalism Help students build confidence, discipline, focus, leadership, and respect Assist with beginner students and trial enrollments Support student retention and parent communication Help mentor assistant instructors and leadership students Assist with camps, events, testing, and academy activities Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Martial arts experience required Black belt preferred Experience teaching children strongly preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Comfortable working with parents and families Ability to manage classes with structure, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Preferred Backgrounds:
Taekwondo Karate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) MMA Wrestling Kickboxing Youth sports coaching Fitness coaching Leadership instruction
Schedule:
Weekday afternoons and evenings required Saturday availability required Expected hours: 30-40 per week Must live within approximately 30-45 minutes of
Princeton, TX Compensation & Benefits:
$23-$29 per hour depending on experience and leadership ability Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Opportunities for advancement
