Job Description
Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a love of working with kids, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics skills, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive environment for learning and growth. Responsibilities Instruct students in proper techniques for gymnastics movements, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence. Monitor student progress and adjust training methods as necessary. Collaborate with other instructors to create a cohesive training program. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym equipment and facilities. Qualifications Previous experience in gymnastics coaching or instruction is preferred but not a must. Skills in related areas such as dance, cheerleading, tumbling, or sports coaching are highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike. A passion for promoting fitness, health, and well-being through gymnastics.
