Job Description
We help kids and adults build confidence, communication, and leadership through riding and horsemanship at Double Diamond Hill Ranch. We're looking for: Experienced rider who has taught beginner-intermediate students (kids + adults) Calm, safety-first, good with nervous riders and parents Reliable, on-time, clear communicator Happy to follow a curriculum and run structured lessons What you'll do: Teach small-group lessons (3:1) using our lesson program Run safe, fun, on-time classes (Mon-Thu afternoons/evenings, some AM / occasional weekends) Communicate progress to riders/parents Basic horse-related tasks tied to your classes (tack checks, grooming help, arena setup) What we offer: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Consistent schedule with full classes Supportive team, solid horses, and a defined curriculum Growth path: more hours, higher pay, and added responsibility for top performers This is NOT a fit if: You're casual about safety You're frequently late or a no-show You don't like working with kids or beginners
