About Us:

InCourage Martial Arts serves over 1,500 families in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area, offering martial arts classes, after school care, fun camps, and birthday parties at five studio locations. InCourage was established in 1992 under the original name "TopKick". In 2017 we rebranded two of the schools to "InCourage". Since then, we've also opened up three other locations, and are now a proud partner of the communities and elementary schools in Springfield/Burke, Fairfax, Ashburn, Lansdowne/Leesburg, and Purcellville. Our leadership team includes the first Harvard Business School alumnus from the martial arts industry, an MBA graduate from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, and highly effective management operators. Operations Manager Salary:

$50,000•$100,000 (based on experience and performance)

Working Hours:

Monday•

Friday:

12pm•8pm,

Saturday:

9am•12pm

Responsibilities:

Manage a team and execute Martial Arts classes, special events, lead generation activities, and student management system Leading other team members in providing a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for students to train and learn Please note if you have a CDL Drivers license or known ability to obtain one.

Requirements:

5 years previous experience as head instructor or manager at martial arts school (Tae Kwon Do preferred) CDL License preferred. If not, this will be required and cost covered by company. Previous experience teaching children The ideal candidate has leadership experience, works great in teams, has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, enjoys being around kids and fun people, and is eager to learn!
