Job Description
We are one of the nation's fastest-growing martial arts schools and are currently hiring Martial Arts Instructors to join our team across four locations . If you are energetic, professional, and passionate about helping students build confidence, discipline, and life skills, this is an exciting opportunity to grow a rewarding career—with clear potential to advance into a full-time position . What You'll Do Teach and lead daily Tae Kwon Do classes for students ages 3 through adult Ensure students are progressing successfully through the belt ranking system Provide clear, professional feedback to students and parents Mentor advanced students and help develop their leadership skills Assist with internal events, community outreach, and marketing activities Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and families Represent the school with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times Preferred Experience (Not Required) Teaching Tae Kwon Do or another martial art Coaching or working with children in any setting Customer service or people-focused roles Qualifications & Skills 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do preferred (experience in another martial art accepted with willingness to learn Tae Kwon Do) Strong ability to organize and lead groups of children and adults Confident public speaking and clear voice projection Adaptability in a fast-paced class environment Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
