Lead Instructors will facilitate hands-on enrichment activities, support academic reinforcement, and create a joyful, structured classroom environment for elementary students. Key Responsibilities Lead daily enrichment and academic activities for elementary students Support literacy and math reinforcement through engaging projects and small-group instruction Build strong classroom culture, routines, and student relationships Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with program staff, volunteers, and school partners Support student engagement, behavior, and attendance Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or working with youth Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for supporting students furthest from educational justice Experience working with multilingual learners and diverse communities preferred Bilingual/multilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Program Details June 29
