08/10/2026 Advertisement Wording The department of Sociology, Social Work & Criminology at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time, non-tenure track position as an Instructor, Social Work. The anticipated start date is August 10, 2026. Morehead State University is located in Morehead, KY, a designated Kentucky Trail Town, nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest, in close proximity to Cave Run Lake. This location provides opportunities for a wide range of outdoor recreation activities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibility is instruction in assigned discipline or related field.

REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in social work (MSW) with two years of post MSW practice experience required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Terminal degree and teaching experience.
