Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field, active Deaf & Hard of Hearing (DHH) certification, and 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Juneau, Alaska- Great travel opportunity! DHH Teacher Needed 2026-2027 School Year August 17, 2026 - May 28, 2027 Full Time (37.5 hours per week) (Hours are a little variable due to working across grade levels, but generally somewhere between 8AM and 4PM) Onsite only! Open to Travelers!
Caseload:
10 students currently on the caseload ranging from 1st to 12th grade Must already be licensed in Alaska and have all Certifications or will accepting pending licensure! Please provide proof of licensure and Type C certification in your present (Copies and/or #s).Juneau, Alaska #p34
