Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification in Alabama) Experience or enthusiasm for working in preschool environments Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and early intervention strategies Ability to foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom for students with diverse needs Strong communication and collaboration skillsResponsibilities:
Delivering tailored instruction in a self-contained preschool setting (Full Time:
37.5-40 hours, 7:45am-3:15pm) Managing a caseload of 9 students, supporting developmental and academic goals Creating, implementing, and monitoring IEPs Collaborating with families, support staff, and related service providers Maintaining a positive and structured classroom environmentBenefits & Perks:
