Job Description

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract Make a direct impact in the lives of young learners by supporting K-2nd grade students in their educational journey. This full-time, contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with a caseload of 20-26 students, providing specialized instruction primarily through pull-out support. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be collaborating with general education staff and ensuring every student receives individualized attention and guidance tailored to their learning needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification required Previous experience working with K-2nd grade students preferred Strong understanding of diverse learning styles and strategies Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for helping students reach their potential
Your Responsibilities:
