Job Summary DSI is hiring for Healthcare Customer Service/Access Control Officers for HH Health System at Huntsville Hospital main campus! Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and knows that its biggest asset is its employees. Visitor Control Officers are responsible for greeting all guests, checking ID's, helping customers in and out of the facility, issuing visitor passes via computer system, answering questions, giving directions and much more! This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with people, maintain a positive attitude and have great communication skills. All schedules are 40 hour work week's with the option to pick up overtime when available. We have one week of required training: Monday-Friday day shift 7A-5P.

In training you will learn:

Job Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general security duties. Access control, computer usage to check in and check out visitors. Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, including specific post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual. Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public. Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required. Work effectively in all weather conditions. Required Skills and Qualifications Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Reliable means of transportation and communication. Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
