Special Education Teachers - ELA, Math and Co-teaching -- Jr. High (3 positions)

Overview Join our team as a contracted Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year, dedicated to students with diverse learning needs. We have full time opportunities available starting in early to mid-July in the Jr. High Level. 1

You will work closely with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs that meet each child's unique abilities and goals. Duties Write and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Deliver age-appropriate lessons across core subjects such as literacy, math using high leverage practices and evidence-based instructional strategies Adapt curriculum materials and classroom activities to accommodate students Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Use learning technology and instructional design tools to enhance student engagement Maintain detailed records of student progress, IEP goals, etc. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children with disabilities Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, Specific Learning Disabilities. Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and external service providers Ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to the unique needs of each student Experience utilizing learning technology tools for instructional purposes and progress assessment Join us in creating high quality educational experiences that unlock every child's potential!
