Desired Qualifications:
Current Educator Certification. Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Proven experience teaching in self-contained behavior programs. Background working with students diagnosed with OHI (oftenADHD, ODD
), Autism, and Emotional Disabilities. Ability to manage classrooms of 10-15 students primarily placed for behavioral support. Strong communication, teamwork, and behavioral intervention skills.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavioral and academic plans for students in 3rd, 4th, or 6th grade. Foster a structured classroom environment that supports students' emotional, social, and academic growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and parents to maximize student progress.
