Desired Qualifications:

Current Educator Certification. Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Proven experience teaching in self-contained behavior programs. Background working with students diagnosed with OHI (often

ADHD, ODD

), Autism, and Emotional Disabilities. Ability to manage classrooms of 10-15 students primarily placed for behavioral support. Strong communication, teamwork, and behavioral intervention skills.

Key Responsibilities:
