Duties Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including instructional design, learning technology, and hands-on activities, to enhance student engagement Assess student progress through testing, formative assessments, and portfolio reviews; adjust instruction accordingly Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities or special needs Manage classroom behavior effectively using behavioral therapy techniques, behavior management strategies, and positive reinforcement Foster an inclusive environment that supports early childhood education, and multi age groups Provide mentorship and academic advising to students to promote lifelong learning skills Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, lesson plans, and behavioral logs Support child welfare by creating a safe space for children with visual impairments, hearing impairments, or other disabilities Skills Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other special needs populations (Not Required but Preferred) Knowledge of classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment Proficiency in learning technology tools used for instruction and assessment purposes Familiarity with literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and recreational activities Ability to design individualized lessons that meet IEP goals and accommodate different learning styles Ability to proofread educational materials and prepare instructional content aligned with standardized testing requirements Experience providing tutoring or supplemental instruction in core subjects such as literacy or math Join us in shaping bright futures by nurturing curiosity, fostering growth, and inspiring excellence in every learner!
