Special Education Teacher *Up to $57/hr

Special Education Teacher position for a 36‑week contract in Maricopa, Arizona. The role involves developing IEPs and supporting students with special needs in a school setting. Teachers will receive competitive hourly compensation and benefits through the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Support students with special needs in classroom activities and transitions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success. Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain compliance with school and state requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Education, or equivalent. Valid Arizona State Teaching Certification in Special Education. Minimum of 1 year experience in special education settings, including school environments. Ability to work within school settings, strong communication skills, and completion of required background checks.
