This position is ideal for educators who are committed to supporting young learners with diverse developmental and educational needs in a collaborative school-based environment. Position Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to early childhood students with disabilities in accordance with IEP goals Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, families, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct progress monitoring and maintain accurate documentation compliant with IDEA and state guidelines Support social-emotional, behavioral, academic, and developmental growth in the classroom Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and planning Qualifications Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification K-12 Special Education Certificate and an Early Childhood Endorsement
OR A K-12
