A strong candidate will be a creative and encouraging educator who has the ability to Clearly and compassionately communicate with children 18 months and older. Work with teammates to create physical classroom environments (indoor and outdoor) conducive to collaborative and individual learning, freedom of movement, and the development of student independence. Maintain meaningful and purposeful documentation of children's learning in order that children see value in their explorations and learn from their own and each other's processes. Uphold a sensitive, cooperative, and flexible demeanor in interactions with others. Demonstrate professionalism through reliability, punctuality, participation in meetings and staff development opportunities. Solicit and receive feedback from directors and team members to improve professional skills. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervision of indoor and outdoor exploration time Diaper changing and/or potty training Keep accurate records for children Regular communication with parents via Procare, email, and Zoom (as necessary) Participate in scheduled staff meetings Maintain current fingerprint clearance and TB testing Maintain professional requirements through the
