Coalinga, CA What We're Looking For:

Valid California CTC credential in both Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe areas-this is a must Demonstrated experience teaching students in special day class (SDC) and/or extensive support needs (ESN) environments Enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners and a creative, adaptive approach to student needs Compassion, positivity, and a strong commitment to fostering academic and social growth Able to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and engage with families

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement differentiated instruction aligned to students' IEP goals Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence Track student progress and contribute to IEP meetings with insights and recommendations Work collaboratively with related service providers and general education staff Communicate proactively with families and guardians to support each child's learning This is an excellent contract opportunity for Special Education teachers eager to expand their professional experience while exploring a welcoming community.
