Requirements:
Valid Special Education teaching certification (California preferred) Experience with moderate/severe disabilities in a school setting Case management expertise: developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and colleagues Ability to adapt instructional approaches to diverse learning needsResponsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction and support for students with moderate to severe disabilities Manage a full-time caseload, ensuring legal compliance and educational excellence Lead and participate in IEP meetings, coordinating services and progress monitoring Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and structured classroom environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staffBenefits and Perks:
