The Role:
As Consumer Care Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional customer experiences. You'll connect with customers that shop in our Brighton Collectible stores, our e-commerce site and who shop with our specialty retail customers that are independently owned. You will be the voice behind the brand, connecting through various digital channels, ensuring that their journey with Brighton is nothing short of amazing. You're not just solving problems; you're building relationships and making a real impact. What you'll do:Digital Engagement:
Interact with customers via email, in a tech-savvy, modern way.Problem-Solving:
Tackle customer inquiries and issues with innovation and efficiency.Product Mastery:
Become a Brighton product expert and guide customers to their perfect style.Feedback Loop:
