This full-time position supports students in grades 1-6 through targeted small-group and individual instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics based on student needs and performance levels. Working closely with classroom teachers and administration, Academic Support and Enrichment Staff helps provide differentiated support to students who require additional assistance as well as those who are ready for additional academic challenges. Requirements / Qualifications
Required- Experience working with elementary-aged students.
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective small-group and individual instruction.
- Ability to support students with varying academic needs and learning levels.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teachers and administration.
- Commitment to creating a positive, nurturing, and student-centered learning environment.
- Support for the mission and values of Charlie Keyan Armenian Community School. Preferred
- College coursework in education or a related field.
- Experience providing targeted instruction and academic support to elementary-aged students.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with differentiated instruction and student progress monitoring.
- Experience supporting reading, writing, and mathematics instruction.
- Experience working with i-Ready and Benchmark.
