Dog Care Specialist

We are looking for Dog Handlers and Overnight Cuddlers for our busy cage-free dog daycare and boarding facility. We are committed to providing exceptional care for our canine clients, and we are looking for like minded individuals. We are currently looking to hire part time, but will gladly make space on our permanent team for exceptional employees that share our core values. We are looking for Dog Handlers with availability Sun-Thurs pm and Overnight Cuddlers with availability Thurs- Sun.

Position Requirements:

Entry-Level Dog Handlers-a good attitude and work ethic goes a long wau Experienced Dog Handlers-must have a minimum of 1 year continuous professional Dog Care experience. Overnight Cuddlers-must be a vet tech or have a minimum of 2 years professional Dog Care experience. This is a perfect job for a full time Vet tech. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 35 lbs. Shift hours are typically 7am to 1pm or 1pm to 7pm. Must have weekend availability. Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week. Prior experience with dogs is advantageous, but we value a strong willingness to learn and grow above all.

Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in the daily care and handling of our dogs. Responsibilities may include supervising playgroups, communicating concerns, cleaning up after dogs, ensuring a safe an enjoyable experience for all of our canine guests.
