Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to the developmental needs of children, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Deliver age-appropriate lessons that incorporate Montessori methods and other innovative teaching strategies to enhance early childhood education. Assess student progress regularly through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments; adjust instruction accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services. Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth daily operations. Maintain detailed records of student development, lesson plans, and behavioral reports to monitor progress and inform future instruction. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in classroom settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, literacy education, and teaching physical education. Experience with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. Prior experience in private schools or Montessori settings is preferred but not required. Certification or degree in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable; ongoing professional development in special education or toddler care is a plus.
