Resource / Mild-Moderate Responsibilities Provide specialized academic instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment Requirements Valid California Mild/Moderate SPED Certification (required) Experience in a resource classroom or similar setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance timelines Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $54 to $58/hour Full-time, consistent weekly hours (37.5/week) Support from dedicated recruiter throughout assignment What we offer:Full Benefits:
