WE ARE LOOKING FOR
➺ We are currently looking for a part-time Behavior Intervention Developer for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate should have completed there Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). New Grads are also welcome to apply ! ✍

WHAT IT TAKES
➤ Master's Degree in
ABA YOUR DAY TO DAY
➤ Conduct Functional Behavioral Analysis assessments, attend IEP meetings ➤ Supervise Behavior Implementation Aides according to IEP and on an as needed basis ➤ Work with students with various cognitive, neurological, and/or physical disabilities and maladaptive behaviors ➤ Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary team in the identification, evaluation, and placement of students into special education programs ➤ Complete FBA Reports and the Individual Education Plan sections in the appropriate data-base (SEIS, Welligent) ➤ Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other required documents ➤ Travel to various sites ➤ Comply with policies established by federal and state laws and school district guidelines and regulations ➤ Effectively communicate with colleagues, students, and parents regarding the accomplishment of therapy goals and needs of the student ➤ Respond to needs related to job responsibilities of a
