Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This position is essential for guiding the educational journey of children in our preschool and private school settings, focusing on early childhood education and development. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00-6:00 Duties Implement Montessori lesson plan that aligns with early childhood education standards. Educate children using the Montessori Philosophy. Must be Montessori Certified and have experience Provide care and support for children's emotional, social, and physical development within the classroom. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum delivery and classroom management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education settings. Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of early intervention strategies is a plus. Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment. Certification in CPR/First Aid is mandatory.
