The ideal candidate will provide specialized instruction and support to students with moderate to severe disabilities, helping them achieve academic, behavioral, social, and functional goals. Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with extensive support needs. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct assessments and track student progress toward IEP goals. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families. Implement evidence-based behavioral and instructional strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid California Education Specialist Credential with authorization for Extensive Support Needs (ESN). Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred.
