In-person Moreno Valley, CA Covering long term assignments Compensation starting at $55 / hourASAP Start Responsibilities:
SDC Mild/Moderate (SDC MM) Teacher Provides specialized instruction to students with mild to moderate disabilities in a structured classroom setting. Develops and implements Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapts curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, and supports students in building academic, social, and behavioral skills. Collaborates with general education teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success and inclusion when appropriate. SDC Moderate/Severe (SDC MS) Teacher Delivers individualized, intensive instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities. Focuses on functional academics, communication, life skills, and social development. Creates and implements IEPs, utilizes specialized strategies and assistive technology, and works closely with paraprofessionals and related service providers. Maintains a supportive, structured environment that prioritizes student safety, independence, and growth. RSP (Resource Specialist Program) Teacher Supports students with IEPs who primarily participate in general education classrooms. Provides targeted academic instruction through push-in and/or pull-out services, helps modify curriculum, and monitors student progress toward IEP goals. Collaborates with general education teachers to ensure appropriate accommodations and interventions are in place, and communicates regularly with families and school staff.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Active CA Special Education Teaching Credential Valid Mild to Moderate Special Education Teaching Credential and/or Moderate to Severe Special Education Teaching Credential In-Person Active CPR/BLS Certification Experience with IEP development and differentiated instruction (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with special needs Benefits (eligibility dependent on employment status): Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer matching Weekly pay and direct deposit Single point of contact for supportAbout Ro Health:
