Length of Work Year 184 Employment Type Full Time About the Employer The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. NCOE's Early Childhood Services program is a leader in inclusive classroom structures. Employs a range of strategies to deliver academically challenging instruction while addressing the social/emotional growth of the child. - Requires a multiple or single subject credential with NCLB compliance as teachers teach more than one subject.
- Must have expertise in positive behavioral interventions; must possess the self-awareness, insight and compassion to respond appropriately to student behaviors.
- Requires the ability to integrate instructional technology into the classroom environment to achieve a blended learning environment
- Requires a valid driver's license
