The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and creating a supportive learning environment. Duties Develop and implement individualized education programs for students with special needs Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to support student learning and development Create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students Manage classroom dynamics and promote a positive learning atmosphere Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure student success Requirements Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field Certification in Special Education Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Proficiency in behavior management strategies Strong literacy education skills Knowledge of early childhood education principles Familiarity with toddler care practices Previous experience in a private school setting is a plus
