- Teaching Credential
- Mild Moderate Disabilities with Autism Authorization with the willingness to bridge credential OR Mild to Moderate Support Needs (provide copy with document number)
- Copy of transcripts
- Response to the following writing prompt: As a teacher in Oak Park, you will support a wide range of learners with varied strengths, needs, and backgrounds. Please describe how your teaching philosophy, practices, and strategies reflect the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) to create inclusive learning environments that support success for all students.
