You'll have access to the latest research and methodologies in ABA therapy, ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. You'll also have access to our proprietary curriculum of program protocols and behavioral interventionsWhat You'll Do:
Implement ABA therapy programs to help children with autism develop new skills and behaviors Work closely with a supervising BCBA to deliver high-quality care and monitor client progress Collect data on client performance and collaborate with the team to adjust treatment plans Provide direct, hands-on support to children in one-on-one and small group settings Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for each childMinimum Requirements:

High School Diploma is required, however a Bachelor's is preferredExceptional Core Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skillsSpectrum Values:

Prior experience working with children with autism or in a related field is a plus, but not required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed!Reliability:
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseCommitment:

Available to work M-F between the hours of 8am-7pmPST RBT Certification:
