Technology and Clinical Integration:

You'll have access to the latest research and methodologies in ABA therapy, ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. You'll also have access to our proprietary curriculum of program protocols and behavioral interventions

What You'll Do:

Implement ABA therapy programs to help children with autism develop new skills and behaviors Work closely with a supervising BCBA to deliver high-quality care and monitor client progress Collect data on client performance and collaborate with the team to adjust treatment plans Provide direct, hands-on support to children in one-on-one and small group settings Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure the best outcomes for each child

Minimum Requirements:

Mission Focused:

A passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential through evidence-based ABA practices.

Education:

High School Diploma is required, however a Bachelor's is preferred

Exceptional Core Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills

Spectrum Values:

Experience:

Prior experience working with children with autism or in a related field is a plus, but not required - we'll provide the training you need to succeed!

Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Commitment:

Passion for improving the lives of children and their families through high-quality ABA therapy

Availability:

Available to work M-F between the hours of 8am-7pm

PST RBT Certification:
