The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with mild to moderate disabilities and a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals and needs. Provide specialized instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, families, and support staff. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Support students' academic, social, and behavioral development.
Qualifications:
Valid California Special Education Credential (Mild/Moderate preferred). Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting. Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
