Job Description

About us 360 Degree Therapy is a professional, agile and creative organization and takes full care of its employees.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
  • Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
  • Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance
  • Use behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral challenges in the classroom
  • Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning
  • Mentor and guide students in their personal and academic development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Valid teaching certification or license
  • Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
  • Experience with tutoring or providing additional support to students is a plus
  • Familiarity with preschool education principles and practices is desirable
