As a BT at LBS, you'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism. You'll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and adaptive skills — all while making a real impact in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to refine intervention strategies. Create and maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment during sessions. Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency and progress. Follow ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or currently enrolled in college courses. Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
