About the Role As an Entry-Level Child Care Specialist / Behavior Technician , you will work one-on-one with young children, supporting their development through engaging, evidence-based activities rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is an entry-level position , and no prior ABA experience is required . Provide one-on-one support to children in a clinic-based setting Implement ABA intervention plans under the supervision of experienced clinicians Use play-based and structured activities to support learning and skill development Collect and document data to track progress and guide treatment Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure consistent, high-quality careQualifications:
High school diploma (required) Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) Experience working with children (preferred, not required) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort using tablets or basic technology Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., sitting/kneeling on the floor, and moving quickly when needed Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to pass background check and TB clearance Must be located in or nearSan Luis Obispo What We Offer:
