As a Voice Teacher, you will play a vital part in helping students unlock their full potential through tailored coaching, creative exploration, and supportive mentorship. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive voice curriculum tailored to individual student needs, including techniques for singing, breathing, diction, and performance skills Conduct engaging lessons for students of all ages, from early childhood to adult learners, fostering a love for singing and self-expression Manage classroom environments effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and positive behavior during lessons Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their vocal technique and stage presence Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate musical genres such as classical, jazz, pop, or theater styles as appropriate Organize student performances or recitals to showcase progress and build confidence Collaborate with parents, guardians, or other educators to support student development and address individual challenges Requirements Proven experience in teaching voice or related musical disciplines with classroom management skills Strong background in curriculum development tailored to different age groups and skill levels Knowledge of various singing techniques including classical training, theater singing, or contemporary styles Experience working with children, preschoolers, or adults in educational or performance settings Familiarity with early childhood education principles and childhood development concepts Ability to create engaging lesson plans that incorporate elements of theater, dance (such as ballet or dancing), or musical theater when relevant Additional skills such as photography, sewing, culinary arts, or childcare are considered a plus for enriching the learning experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds Join us in cultivating the next generation of vocal artists!
