• Seperate Salary Schedule for our Special Education teachers which is an additional 10% compared to classroom teachers.
• All special education teachers have 95 hours of flexible work time outside of their duty day time for unencumbered individual work for caseload management.
• Elementary RSP Teachers have 6.5 hours per week of caseload management preparation time (in addition to prep provided for all elementary teachers)
