Childcare is available during employees' regular work hours, with an additional 30 minutes before and after for commuting and is intended strictly for work-related needs. Enrollment is managed through the WELL program, with priority given to district staff when space is limited. Windsor is located in the heart of Sonoma County, where a diverse community enjoys close proximity to the Pacific coastline, Russian River recreational areas, and wine country, all within a short drive of San Francisco. With excellent schools, a safe environment, a family-friendly small-town atmosphere, and a charming downtown, Windsor is considered the jewel of the North Bay.
