What you'll bring: Current Colorado Special Education Teacher license Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings Strong skills in differentiated instruction and behavior management Excellent communication abilities to work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment Adaptability and creativity in lesson planning and problem-solving What you'll do: Deliver individualized and small group instruction for students in a center-based elementary program Develop, adapt, and implement IEPs tailored to student goals Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and general education teachers Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting methods as needed Guide students in developing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional skills Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings as required Step into a setting where your expertise and compassion matter every day.
