Full Job Description About Elixium Health:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic patient-focused service professional with administrative and operations experience for the Patient Care Specialist role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships while assisting them on their wellness journey. You will also handle a variety of administrative and operational duties to ensure our clinic runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries with exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and goals. Maintain communication before, during and after appointments. Perform clinic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing orders, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Proactively identify and solve issues, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset. Assist with operational duties as needed to support clinic efficiency.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in customer service. At least 2 years administrative experience. Engaging and personable demeanor. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. College degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
$25•30/hour based on experience and overall fit Structured 90-day paid training period Medical benefits with 50% employer contribution available after 90 days Dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) options available after onboarding Paid time off eligibility following training period Direct mentorship and hands-on development Clear opportunity for advancement as the company scales
Schedule and Setting:
On-site, Arvada, CO (patient-facing) Monday•Friday 9 am•5 pm
