Multiple caseloads are available, allowing you to focus on your strengths and passion areas within special education.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required Background in Special Education teaching at the elementary, middle, or high school level Experience or strong interest in working with students in SSN/Autism center programs, AN center programs, or mild/moderate needs Committed to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Available Caseloads include: Elementary SSN/Autism Center Program (Grades K-4) Elementary AN Center Program (Grades K-4) Middle School SSN/Autism Center Program (Grades 5-8) Middle School Special Education Teacher (mild/moderate needs) SPED Teacher - SSN/Autism Center Program (grades 5-8) SPED Teacher - Alternative High School (mild/moderate needs)
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs and IEPs Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Track and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies to maximize success Cultivate an encouraging classroom atmosphere centered on student strengths and abilities Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships supporting each child's journey If you are ready to inspire, support, and empower students while advancing your professional journey in an inclusive educational community, apply today to take the next step in your special education career!
