• :•2 •Position Overview•We are seeking dedicated and compassionate •Special Education Teachers (SPED)•to support •K-5 students with severe needs•.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with school staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and provide specialized instruction to help students reach their full potential.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on student IEPs + Support students with severe learning and behavioral needs + Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff + Provide consultation and strategies for inclusive classroom success + Track and document student progress + Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
• Minimum Requirements
• + Bachelor's Degree (preferred) + Valid state teaching certification (required per state/district guidelines) + Special Education certification or endorsement preferred (e.g., LBS1) + Experience in a teaching or classroom setting preferred + Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements + Minimum age: 18 years
