Salary Range:

We pay for you to get licensed) Strong communication skills — written and verbal Comfortable learning agency management software and CRM tools Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and follow-through You love breaking down complex topics in plain language and guiding people toward the right choice for their situation Bonus points Spanish language proficiency — we serve a bilingual community Prior experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service Familiarity with Medicare products or enrollment periods (but we can train you on this) Responsibilities What you'll do Service existing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D prescription drug policies Assist clients with life insurance policy questions, changes, and renewals Handle inbound client calls and correspondence with professionalism and care Process policy updates, beneficiary changes, and service requests accurately Maintain organized client records and follow up proactively on open items Support licensed agents with research, documentation, and client prep Virtual client consultations on existing life insurance and Medicare policies Market other product solutions to new and existing clients via email/phone.
