Job Description

Merryhill Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Group Lead Floater Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. As a Group Lead Floater Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
  • Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.
  • Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
  • Support each child's social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with and support assistant teachers in a classroom setting. Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED.
  • Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 or higher.
  • 1 year of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
  • A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
