In this vital role, you will oversee classroom operations, develop engaging curricula, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners. Your leadership will inspire teaching staff, ensure compliance with educational standards, and create an enriching experience for children in our care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of early learners and support their growth through innovative teaching practices and compassionate guidance. Duties Lead the planning and implementation of age-appropriate curricula, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality classroom management and effective lesson delivery. Oversee classroom activities to promote positive behavior management, social-emotional development, and childhood development milestones. Collaborate with staff to design individualized early intervention strategies for children with special education needs or behavioral challenges. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and child welfare policies across all classrooms. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality and classroom experience. Facilitate communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and developmental needs. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, assessment documentation, and standardized testing preparations. Promote a nurturing environment that supports toddler care, preschool experience, daycare routines, and early childhood education best practices. Experience Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across multiple disciplines including literacy education, math, physical education, and special education. Strong background in classroom management techniques tailored for young learners and classroom experience in Montessori or similar educational philosophies. Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with developmental delays or behavioral issues. Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support to students in early childhood or preschool levels. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners effectively. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.
